Senior Project Manager Ann R. was a great help throughout the process. After a storm and our house getting pummeled with significant hail damage, she helped us navigate the chaos of the insurance process and got us a new roof installed months before we were hoping. She answered all our questions, prompt communication, and made a usually obscure process completely transparent. Her crew was fast and done in a single work day with no disruption to our daily routine. Our yard was clear and clean when they completed and were super friendly/knowledgeable as well. They made sure even a chance nail was cleared away because we have a dog and two young kids.
