Programming Phase (In-Home Discovery)
We start with an on-site meeting to learn how you live or work, what’s not working, and what you want to feel in the finished space. We take site measurements and detailed photos to ensure accuracy from day one—critical for precise plans and pricing. This phase captures your inspiration and goals, so your design reflects you.
Design Phase (Plans & Selections)
Next, we draft an As-Built floor plan and a Proposed New plan showing layout changes and improvements. Then we meet at one or more showrooms to select materials: flooring, cabinets, hardware, plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting, paint, mouldings (casing/base), ceiling details, new doors and windows, and more. Want help with furnishings, rugs, and lamps? We can extend into décor for an additional fee—perfect for a turnkey result in Stillwater, Shakopee, and beyond.
Visuals & Build-Ready Package
You’ll receive 3D renderings that showcase how your chosen materials harmonize in the space, plus a detailed Scope of Work documenting construction changes and complete product specifications. This comprehensive Design Package is handed to our Build Consultant to price accurately and prepare a clear contract—so you know the investment before construction begins. Fewer surprises.
