Over the past two decades, she has held a variety of roles that built the foundation for launching Proficient Construction, where her passion for quality and innovation shines. Under her leadership, the company has provided meaningful employment for more than 20 families and completed over 2,000 roofing projects—each reflecting her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
In 2024, Rachel earned certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), underscoring her dedication to diversity and opportunity within construction. She is also deeply involved in professional organizations, including Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota (WEMN), National Women in Roofing, and the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), MN Chapter, where she mentors and empowers women in the industry.
Her accomplishments have earned her widespread recognition.
