Proficient Construction is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)—a designation reserved for companies that are at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women. Owner Rachel underwent a rigorous vetting process to meet the standards required to work with the governments of Minnesota and Wisconsin, making Proficient Construction eligible for state contracts and supplier diversity programs.
